This mobile is made of laser cut acrylic and is about ten feet tall
(three meters) wide with stainless steel fixtures. This is
different than all the other mobiles made of acrylic in that it's a
black piece and a white piece glued together and then laser cut.
This sort of thing can only be done with opaque colors as if you try to
glue a pieces of transparent acrylic, the glue is clearly visible, so
really the best choice was the black white.

It's kind of fun watching this mobile move as
the pieces rotate, they turn from black (or white) to white (or black)
and back again. Very different effect than the other
mobiles. Better? Maybe but certainly different. Not
sure where this idea came from but one day, it crossed into the noggin'
and had to be done.

mobile is always moving no matter how still the setting. Winds
make it move more but even if no wind and inside a building, it's still
turning albeit slowly. If you have limited data, the third video
